Send an email to number@sms.mediaburst.co.uk with your password in the subject. The email to SMS gateway will take the first 160 characters of the message and forward them on as an SMS.
If your email program automatically adds a signature or disclaimer you can put #STARTSMS# and #ENDSMS# around your message and we’ll ignore everything else.
If you want to send longer SMS we support up to 459 characters by sending the email to number@longsms.mediaburst.co.uk, everythigng else stays the same.
This example sends the message “Hello World” to phone number 441234567980.
To: 441234567980@sms.mediaburst.co.uk From: a.user@example.com Subject: my_password #STARTSMS# Hello World #ENDSMS# This could be a disclaimer at the bottom of your email.
