In doing so, they’ve joined more than 20% of Britain’s top 100 user companies who send texts from their laptops or desktops, just like a standard email, to inform their operatives that a customer’s call or message requires an immediate response.

Mediaburst’s input means Teleware now provides its customers with the complete communications package, working across multiple technology platforms and mobile device agnostic. We’ve taken away the costs and time that come with sourcing, building and maintaining separate hardware and connections to mobile operators, enabling them to send SMS alerts and notifications direct from theTeleware platform. Making for faster response times to urgent messages, increasing customer satisfaction.

Teleware’s new SMS-enhanced solution allows their clients to customise text alerts, using the company name as a header and providing information like caller’s name or number, time and length of call and number of pages. What’s more, as a proactive system it frees staff from making costly ad-hoc calls to check for messages on the system, leaving them free to work,maximising their productivity.
