We’ve taken away the costs and time that come with sourcing, building and maintaining separate hardware and connections to mobile operators, enabling them to send SMS alerts and notifications direct from theTeleware platform. Making for faster response times to urgent messages, increasing customer satisfaction.

What’s more…

Teleware’s new SMS-enhanced solution allows their clients to customise text alerts, using the company name as a header and providing information like caller’s name or number, time and length of call and number of pages. What’s more, as a proactive system it frees staff from making costly ad-hoc calls to check for messages on the system, leaving them free to work,maximising their productivity.
