Mediaburst is a happy, nice place to work. Not only do we care about our customers and suppliers but we also care about each other and the environment we work in.

We try to do business in a responsible and ethical way by being aware for our impact on society and the environment.

By accepting responsibility for our actions we hope to minimise any negative impact, but even better we try to and make a positive contribution.

We think this is a great philosophy and the following are some of the policies we’ve implemented to help us along the way.

Corporate social responsibility

Corporate social responsibility (CSR) is about how we produce a positive impact on our employees and environment through our business activities.

 

Aim & objectives

By embedding CSR into our culture we’ll hopefully be a responsible organisation; to help us we’ve set the following objectives:

  • Meet, and if possible, exceed relevant legal requirements.
  • Behave honestly and with integrity in all our activities.
  • Act ethically and fairly at all times in our dealings with people.
  • Minimise the impact of our business operations on the environment.

 

Managing environmental impact

We strive to continually improve our environmental performance wherever possible and make the most efficient and effective use of all resources, encouraging all staff to develop a sustainable approach to their work.

We purchase recycled paper and provide recycling facilities in our office. Where possible we purchase computer hardware with low power consumption.

We minimise carbon emissions by avoiding unnecessary journeys and travelling by public transport where possible. We love our conference phone.

 

Our people

Everyone gets treated fairly, with respect, and without discrimination. We value their opinions, their thoughts, and respect their beliefs.

We encourage open discussion and the sharing of knowledge. To help us we work in an open plan office and everyone is able to take part in decision making processes.

We provide a safe, fulfilling and rewarding career for all our employees.
