To receive SMS you’ll need what we call a long number, it's just a normal looking 11 digit mobile phone number.
They cost £25 per month and can be purchased after sign up when you login to manage your account.

How to set-up

Once you've submitted our famous sign-up form we’ll send you an e-mail containing a username, a password,
and a link to configure Outlook. It's all inbuilt functionality, it's a simple case of putting your username and
password in the right boxes. You’ll be able to choose contacts and send SMS within minutes.
