More O2 delays
Messages sent through O2 UK are currenlty being delayed due to congestion within their SMS platform. This will also cause delays on SMS delivery receipts.
Any customers on O2 products will experience delays sending to all networks, customers using our other products may see delays sending to O2 mobiles.
UPDATED at 14:15pm:
Any messages sent through mediaburst branded products such as our SMS API or Textburst are being routed to avoid the congested O2 SMS platform and should not see any delays.
