O2 SMS delays
We’re seeing delays sending SMS through O2 UK. For the majority of customers this means your message and delivery receipt may be delayed if sending to an O2 number.
For customers using our O2 branded products this appears to be affecting delivery to all networks.
We have been assured by O2 that messages are being queued on their platform and won’t be lost.
