Problems receiving messages from Orange phones
We are having some issues receiving messages from people on the Orange network who text into shortcodes. We’re really sorry about this but we’re working flat out to get it resolved.
Just to clarify: it’s only Orange, and it’s only if people are texting into 5 digit shortcodes.
