Slow delivery receipts
Since around 17:30 we’ve been suffering from delays getting delivery receipts back from network operators. Our tests show that all text messages are being delivered as normal but the delivery status are not getting back in an acceptable time frame.
We’ve done some route switching which has resolved the problem for new messages (sent after 21:30) but there may be a backlog of delivery receipts for messages sent between 17:30 and 21:30.
Very sorry about this, we’ll be monitoring the situation closely over the next 24 hours.
