Some SMS API sends received an error
Between 1:40 and 1:50am this morning sends through our API may have received an error response with error code 26 “Internal Error”, these messages were not sent out.
This was caused by a fault with one our internal SMS routing servers which has now been resolved. Any sends that went through our other servers and received a message ID have been processed as normal.
