Some SMS sends are receiving an error
One of our internal SMS servers has failed meaning some sends are receiving errors.
If you are an API or Email to SMS user and receive a message saying “Error 26: Internal Error” these message were not sent and can safely be retried.
This server is now being removed from use and everything should be back to normal within a few minutes.
Any messages sent through our other servers have worked fine and you should receive a message ID in response as usual.
