An exciting change is coming

As you might be aware, Mediaburst, home of Clockwork, SurveyMill and Textburst, was made in Manchester, forming a vital link between mobile networks and businesses wanting to communicate via text message. With a focus on secure technology and customer service, we have been able to welcome thousands of new users and process 250 million SMS messages to over 192 countries.

Last year we became part of a much larger, international business messaging organisation, Commify. Through its TextAnywhere brand, Commify works with thousands of UK businesses to deliver business messaging services.

We have decided to merge the Mediaburst and TextAnywhere brands, ensuring that all customers have access to the same fantastic level of customer service and developer support. Over the coming weeks you’ll begin to see our TextAnywhere brand name appear more on our communications and platform.

What exactly is changing?

Simply put, our logo and platform. Wherever you normally see our Mediaburst logo, you’ll now begin to see our TextAnywhere logo. So, whether that’s on the platform, email communications, social media or invoices - instead of the Mediaburst logo, we’ll be using our TextAnywhere brand.

With regards to the platform, the team have been working very hard behind the scenes to create and deliver our brand new platform. Improvements have been made to make this even more user friendly and over the coming months, customers will be guided through the switch to the new TextAnywhere platform.

Will there be any changes to the API or products?

No. Our API will stay the same and you can expect the same fantastic online SMS service as you have currently with Textburst. The only difference is that we will be using the TextAnywhere logo instead of Mediaburst. So, you don’t have to change anything, everything will continue working as usual.

Does this change how I login?

Not at all. All login details will remain exactly the same and the login page will automatically be redirected to the new site.

When will the new platform be available?

Customers will be able to start moving to the new platform from late October 2020. Don’t worry, we’ll send you detailed instructions and a few reminders closer to the time.
