How will Mediaburst’s brand & platform change affect my business?
As you may be aware from our previous communications, we are merging Mediaburst, home of Clockwork, SurveyMill and Textburst, with our sister brand TextAnywhere.
We are merging our Mediaburst brand and upgrading customers to a new platform, to ensure that all customers have access to the same fantastic level of customer service and developer support. Everything that made Mediaburst great - the focus on secure technology and simple, easy to use products will remain.
I have questions, can I talk to someone about these changes?
Yes definitely. We are running an online Q&A session on 14th October at 10:30am. This is an opportunity to hear directly from us about the changes happening, what this means for your business and have a quick demo of the new platform. This will be a live event, please register here.

What exactly is happening?
To help you understand what the brand and platform changes will look like, we’ve put together a short video. This should hopefully help you to visualise the changes and get a better understanding of how the new platform will support your business.
When will the new platform be available?
We will be upgrading customers in groups, making sure that we can offer bespoke support to each customer. You will receive an email giving you a date range during which your existing customers and message history will be moved to the new platform and you will be redirected to the new platform when you login.
Will you still offer the same level of customer support?
Yes! In fact, this is one of the main reasons we’re merging the brands. We pride ourselves on offering marketing leading customer services that goes above and beyond that of simply providing SMS as a service. We are your business communication partner and aim to help you solve your individual business challenges. By merging the two brands, we will be able to offer the same level of support to all of our customers, and develop even more upgrades to better support businesses in the future.
